BEFORE WE CELEBRATE

Event details & policies

Clear expectations, so you can plan with confidence.

Reservations & deposits

Once event details and availability are confirmed, a 25% deposit is required to reserve the date. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.

Cancellations

Deposits are refundable for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled event. For cancellations made 7–13 days before the event, the deposit may be transferred as credit toward a future booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

Rescheduling

One reschedule may be made without penalty when requested at least 7 days before the event, subject to availability. Requests with less than 7 days’ notice are handled individually. Weather, illness, and genuine emergencies are handled reasonably whenever possible.
